The purpose of this association is to promote research and scientific projects in France and abroad and to host all local initiatives and practices with a scientific scope. Experimentation, interdisciplinarity, sharing and transmission of knowledge are the founding values of the association. Ycocedron is interested in all forms of science, whether fundamental or applied, social or technical. The first project supervised by Ycocedron is called "L'Effet Libellule"​. L'Effet Libellule meets, around pedagogical days, children from all over the world. Through a series of fun workshops, this project aims to measure the sensitivity of these children to their environment and involve them in its protection.
